By using this web site you agree to abide by the terms and conditions detailed here. If you do not agree to abide by these terms and conditions do not use this site.

  1. The content of this web site may contain inaccuracies and out-of-date information. Ripple Boards does not guarantee the accuracy of the information or materials displayed or provided via this web site.
  2. Prices on this site are in Australian (AUD) dollars and inclusive of GST.
  3. Ripple Boards may, at any time, make any change to the site, information or product prices.
  4. Ripple Boards gives you authority to view materials on this website for your personal use only. We do not give permission to modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display materials from this website.
  5. In no event shall Ripple Boards be liable to any entity for any direct, indirect, consequential or other damages incurred from using this website, any external websites linked to this website, products sold on this website, or if you choose to act upon statements, opinions or recommendations made on this website.
  6. In no event shall Ripple Boards be liable for any injuries incurred from using, handling, transporting, repairing, maintaining, or storing any of the products sold on this website.
  7. When pre-ordering a product you are committing to purchase a product that is not yet available in our store. We will require you to pay a deposit. The amount of this deposit will be at our discretion. We will provide you with the most accurate estimation of your product’s arrival date based upon the information available to us at that time; however, we will not be held liable if the product arrives after this date. A full refund of the deposit will be available if the product is still not available 28 days after our forecast arrival date. By pre-ordering a product you are agreeing to all of these conditions above.
  8. Product collection from our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not take any legal responsibility for customers visiting our business premises.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS:

  1. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges and refunds.
  2. Sunny Savers, Bamboo Sunny Savers, and Floatable Key Rings can be refunded (or exchanged) within 30 days of purchase provided that the item shows no evidence of damage.
  3. Ripple Boards fiberglass stand up paddle boards can be refunded within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and resalable.
  4. Ripple Boards fiberglass stand up paddle boards can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if deemed the item to be defective as a result of manufacturer error or fault. The decision to exchange a board is entirely at our discretion. No exchange will be offered if the board shows any evidence damage including but not limited to scratches, dents, abrasions, delamination, warpage, heat damage, or sun damage.
  5. Ripple Boards inflatable stand up paddle boards can be refunded within 30 days if the item is unused and in a resalable condition.
  6. Ripple Boards inflatable stand up paddle boards can be exchanged within 3 months of purchase if the board is deemed by us to be defective as a result of manufacturer error or fault. The decision to exchange a board will be entirely at our discretion and is not subject to negotiation. No exchange will be offered for punctures, tears or lacerations. No exchange will be offered if the board shows any evidence of damage including but not limited to large scratches, large abrasions, heat damage, sun damage, if there is any evidence that the board has been used other than for its intended purpose as a stand up paddle board, or if there is any evidence that the board has been subject to forces or stresses exceeding what would be reasonably expected during use of the board as a stand up paddle board.
  7. For all exchanges and refunds it is the consumer’s responsibility to transport the product in question to our business premises for us to inspect.
  8. No exchanges or refunds are available for paddles, deck pads, carry bags, inflation pumps, or repair kits.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING:

  1. Ripple Boards uses TNT Express and, where applicable, Australia Post to deliver all our products.
  2. Items of value greater than 50AUD will be freighted to you using sign-on-delivery. We reserve the right not to use sign-on-delivery when freighting items of value 49.95AUD or less.
  3. Every single board and paddle is examined and ensured that it is defect free before leaving our warehouse. Ripple Boards is not liable for any damage that may occur during freight. If your board is damaged in transit by a 3rd party we will not be held liable. We recommend that you inspect the board upon delivery before signing off with the driver.
  4. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the purchase has been made through PayPal and the returns policy has been activated. Of which up to $45 of the return shipping costs will be covered.
